Complete Direct Cremation Package:
- Basic Services of the Crematory's Funeral Director and Staff
- Local transfer of deceased to our crematorium
- A Safe and Secure Sheltering of your loved one on our crematory property gives you added peace of mind
- Preparation and filing of the necessary authorizations, permits, and death certificate
- Cremation process at our private on-site crematory
- Worry-Free Cremation to ensure the highest level of respect and care for your loved one
- Cardboard container for the cremation process
- Basic urn
- Filing Rhode Island Death Certificate
- Rhode Island Medical Examiner Cremation Authorization
- Notification of Social Security
- Cremated remains will be available for the family to receive within 7-10 business days following the completion of all necessary paperwork (options available)
- Public/Private visitation or viewing is not offered with Rhode Island Cremation Care Center Direct
- Additional charges will apply if loved one is over 275 pounds.
- Cremation only, viewings, funeral services and obituaries are not offered through Rhode Island Cremation Care.
- Once online cremation arrangements have been completed, the legal next of kin will be provided with the required documents to complete via email.
Urns
An acrylic urn is included in the Complete Direct Cremation plan to temporarily hold remains. If you would like to upgrade to another cremation urn at an additional cost, we have those options available. We have a selection of personalized products that will surely fit the wishes of your loved one.
If the family wants to provide a specific container, there will be a $125 charge to place the cremated remains in the urn.
